Cost depends on the distance, your vehicle size, the route and whether you choose a shared or dedicated enclosed carrier. Share your pickup city, delivery city and car model and you will receive a clear all-inclusive quote — with nothing added later at delivery.
Short North India routes such as Gurgaon to Chandigarh or Jaipur take 1 to 3 days. Mid-range routes like Mumbai, Ahmedabad or Kolkata take 3 to 7 days. Long routes such as Bangalore, Chennai or Kochi take 6 to 10 days. A committed timeline is confirmed at booking.
An open carrier leaves vehicles exposed to stone chips, dust, rain and weather for the whole journey. A closed or enclosed carrier is a covered box body that shields the vehicle completely. We use fully enclosed carriers only.
Please leave only a small amount of fuel, roughly a quarter tank or less, for cars. For bikes we drain the tank down to a minimal safe level before loading. This is standard safety practice for carrier transport.
Transit insurance is available as an add-on and we assist with choosing coverage and completing the paperwork. Mention it at booking and the coverage cost is shown transparently in your quote.
Normally the vehicle registration certificate, a valid insurance copy, your photo identity proof and the signed condition report at pickup. For dealer and corporate dispatches we also handle e-way bills and unit-wise loading sheets.
Mirrors, handlebars, levers and fairings are wrapped in bubble wrap and stretch film. The bike is then loaded upright on a dedicated rack or wheel clamp inside a closed carrier and strapped at the fork and wheels — never laid flat or leaned against another vehicle.
Yes. Our Gurgaon warehousing offers covered, CCTV-monitored storage on daily, weekly or monthly terms, and we can transport the vehicle onward whenever you are ready to receive it.
Yes. Vehicles move on GPS-tracked carriers and your dedicated coordinator shares regular status updates through the journey, so you always know where your car or bike has reached.
No. Carriers are permitted to move the vehicle only, and loose items are not covered by transit insurance. Please empty the cabin and boot and remove all valuables, documents and accessories before pickup.

Car Transportation
Door-To-Door Car Transport
Cost depends on the distance, your car size (hatchback, sedan or SUV), the route and whether you need a shared or dedicated enclosed carrier. Share your pickup and delivery city with us and you will receive a clear, all-inclusive quote — with no charges added later at delivery.
Short routes within North India typically take 2 to 4 days. Long routes such as Gurgaon to Bangalore, Chennai or Kochi usually take 6 to 9 days depending on road conditions and the number of stops. We confirm a committed timeline in writing at the time of booking.
We move every vehicle in a fully enclosed, covered carrier. We do not use open or exposed flatbed multi-deck carriers, because closed carriers protect the paint from stone chips, dust, rain and weather for the entire journey.
Please leave only a small amount of fuel — roughly a quarter tank or less. This is a safety requirement for carrier transport and it also reduces the loaded weight. Keep enough for the short drive at the delivery end.
No. Carriers are licensed to transport the vehicle only, and loose items are not covered by transit insurance. Please empty the cabin and boot, and remove all valuables, documents and electronic accessories before pickup.
We ask you not to. Transit insurance covers the vehicle, not loose belongings, and unsecured items can move around and damage the interior in transit. Remove documents, electronics, cash, toll tags and valuables before pickup, and move personal effects separately.
Tell us when you request the quote. Non-running cars are handled routinely using winching equipment and a shallower ramp setup, but we need to send the right crew and gear with the carrier. There is a small additional charge, and we confirm it upfront rather than at pickup.
Yes. These travel in fully enclosed carriers with a dedicated deck position, extra padding at contact points and a shallow-angle ramp for low ground clearance. Share the ride height, wheel width and any body-kit details when you enquire so the correct carrier is assigned.
Bike Transportation
Two-Wheeler Transport
Mirrors, handlebars, levers, indicators and fairings are wrapped in bubble wrap and stretch film. The bike is then loaded upright onto a dedicated rack or wheel clamp inside a closed carrier and strapped at the fork and wheels so it cannot move or rub against anything.
Yes. Fuel is drained down to a minimal safe level before loading, which is standard practice for carrier transport. This reduces fire risk and loaded weight. We leave just enough for you to ride short distance after delivery.
Yes. Heavy and premium motorcycles are handled with extra care — additional soft padding, dedicated clamping, and where required a separately partitioned space inside the carrier so no other vehicle is placed close to it.
Bikes often share the same enclosed carrier as cars, but they are always secured on their own racks with clear spacing so no two vehicles come into contact during the journey.
Someone authorised must be present at both ends to sign the condition report. This can be you, a family member, a building security person you designate or a dealership staff member. We confirm the contact details in advance and coordinate timing so neither party is kept waiting unnecessarily. Without a signed handover we cannot release the bike.
Transit time depends on the destination. Nearby cities like Jaipur or Chandigarh are usually reached within two to three days. Southern and eastern metros such as Bangalore, Chennai or Kolkata take five to seven days depending on the route and carrier schedule. We share a realistic delivery window at the time of booking rather than an optimistic figure we cannot guarantee.
Yes. Extended swingarms, custom exhausts, crash guards, top boxes, panniers and raised handlebars are all handled regularly. Declare every modification when you request the quote so we send the right chock width and strap configuration. Some modifications change the securing approach, and knowing in advance avoids surprises on loading day.
Corporate & Car Dealer Transportation Services
Bulk & Contract Movement
Capacity depends on the vehicle mix and carrier type, but we regularly handle batch dispatches of multiple cars in a single enclosed carrier and arrange additional carriers in convoy for larger volumes. Tell us your monthly numbers and we will map dedicated capacity to your account.
Yes. Dealers, pre-owned businesses, fleet operators and leasing companies get contract rates with agreed route pricing, planned dispatch slots, consolidated monthly billing and a dedicated coordinator.
Unit-wise loading sheets with photographed condition reports, e-way bill support, transit paperwork and signed proof of delivery for each vehicle, plus a consolidated invoice for the batch.
Yes. We work with corporate HR and mobility teams on employee transfer policies, handling individual employee vehicles under a single company account with centralised billing and reporting.
Interstate showroom-to-showroom transfers are managed with full compliance documentation including e-way bills, delivery challans and GST paperwork matched to each state registration. We coordinate pickup from the sending showroom and delivery at the receiving branch within agreed timelines, with unit-wise proof of delivery for your stock reconciliation.
Yes. Contract accounts include provisions for volume surges around new model launches, festive periods or financial year-end pushes. We ask for advance indication of expected spikes so additional carrier capacity can be lined up without compromising your regular dispatch schedule or delivery timelines.
We supply periodic performance reports covering on-time pickup and delivery percentages, transit condition incident rates, documentation turnaround and any SLA exceptions with root-cause notes. Reports are formatted for direct use in vendor scorecards and procurement reviews without requiring your team to compile raw data independently.
Vehicle Warehousing
Secure Vehicle Storage
Storage is charged per vehicle per day or per month depending on the duration and whether you need covered shed space or open secured yard space. Longer commitments get better monthly rates — share your dates for an exact quote.
Vehicles are parked inside a gated facility with boundary walls, controlled access and CCTV monitoring. During long storage we also carry out periodic checks on the battery, tyre pressure and surface cleanliness so the vehicle stays in usable condition.
Yes, and this is one of our most-used combinations. We pick up the vehicle, hold it in warehousing for as long as you need, and transport it to your new address whenever you are ready to receive it.
Yes. Bikes are stored under cover with wheels chocked and are kept separate from car bays to avoid any contact damage.
We ask for a copy of the vehicle registration certificate, your identity proof and a signed storage agreement that lists the expected duration and your emergency contact details. If a third party will be collecting the vehicle later, their details should be listed at check-in so release verification is straightforward when the time comes.
Yes. Storage duration is flexible in both directions. If your plans change and you need the vehicle earlier, give us a day of advance notice for release preparation. If you need to extend, inform us before the original end date and we adjust the billing period — there is no penalty for extending as long as the bay remains available.
During periodic checks if we find a concern — such as a battery that will not hold charge, a significant fluid leak or unusual tyre deflation — we notify you immediately with photographs. No repair work is carried out without your written approval. You can arrange your own mechanic to visit the facility, or we can coordinate a service provider on your behalf.
Vehicle Insurance Assistance
Transit Insurance Support
Transit insurance is offered as an add-on rather than being bundled into every quote, so you only pay for it if you want it. Tell us at the time of booking and we will include the coverage cost transparently in your quote.
Transit coverage is designed for unforeseen damage or loss to the vehicle during the journey. Exact inclusions and exclusions depend on the policy chosen, which is why we walk you through the terms in plain language before you commit.
No. Transit insurance covers the vehicle only. Loose belongings, valuables, documents and accessories left inside are not covered, which is why we ask you to empty the cabin and boot before pickup.
Typically the vehicle registration certificate, your existing insurance copy, a declared value for the vehicle and your identity proof. We confirm the exact list for your case and help complete the declaration.
Standard motor insurance policies typically cover the vehicle when it is being driven, not when it is loaded on a carrier as cargo. Transit insurance is a separate product designed specifically for goods-in-transit situations. We recommend checking with your own insurer whether your policy extends to carrier transport, but in most cases it does not, which is why a dedicated transit policy exists.
Timelines depend entirely on the insurer and the complexity of the claim. Our role is to ensure your documentation is complete and correctly submitted from the start, which avoids the most common cause of delays — incomplete paperwork being returned for revision. We follow up regularly and keep you updated, but we cannot control or guarantee the insurer processing timeline.
Yes. Transit insurance applies to any vehicle being transported — cars, bikes, superbikes and scooters. The declared value and premium differ based on the vehicle type and value, but the documentation process and coverage principles remain the same. We assist with two-wheeler transit declarations in exactly the same way as for cars.
Car Loading & Unloading Services
Ramp Loading Experts
Yes. Low-clearance, lowered and modified vehicles are exactly why we use low-angle hydraulic ramps with additional padding at the approach. Please tell us about the modification when booking so the crew arrives prepared.
Yes, it is available as a standalone service. Dealerships, workshops, yards and event organisers regularly book our crew and ramp for loading or unloading only.
Wheel chocks go in front of and behind the wheels, then soft lashing straps are tensioned over the tyres. We never strap around the suspension, chassis or body panels, and vehicles are spaced so none can touch another.
Running vehicles are driven up the ramp slowly by a trained crew member. Non-running vehicles are winched carefully in neutral — mention this when booking so we bring the right equipment.
Yes. We supply the trained crew, hydraulic ramp, chocks, straps and spotter as a standalone loading service at your location. This is commonly used by dealerships, fleet yards and individual owners who have booked an independent carrier but want professional loading done safely with proper equipment and technique.
We assess the site beforehand for overhead clearance, turning radius and surface condition. The carrier is positioned at the nearest accessible point outside, and the vehicle is driven or dollied to that point by our crew. A secondary low-profile ramp bridges any height difference between the exit ramp and the carrier deck.
Common issues include front bumper cracking on a steep ramp transition, underbody scraping at the hinge point, alloy wheel kerbing against unguided plank edges, side panel contact with ramp rails, and suspension stress from dropping off an unsupported ramp end. Most of these are avoidable with the correct ramp angle, guide rails and a trained spotter.
