The facility offers two types of storage space. Covered sheds are fully roofed structures with concrete flooring, natural ventilation panels and individual marked bays. These are suitable for cars that need protection from sun, rain and airborne dust — particularly useful for premium vehicles, freshly repainted cars or bikes with chrome and polished surfaces that deteriorate when exposed to moisture and UV radiation over time.

Secured open yards sit behind the same perimeter wall and gate system but are exposed to sky. They suit vehicles in everyday condition where the priority is security and periodic care rather than full weather protection. Open yard rates are lower than covered shed rates, making them practical for dealer overflow stock, fleet vehicles awaiting assignment or cars stored for shorter durations where sun exposure is not a primary concern.

A stored vehicle is not a forgotten vehicle. Our maintenance schedule includes engine cranking at set intervals to circulate oil and prevent cylinder-wall corrosion, battery health checks with top-up charging when voltage drops below threshold, tyre pressure inspection and adjustment to prevent flat-spotting, and a visual check of fluid levels including coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid. If any level is notably low we report it to you before topping up.

Surface care is also part of the routine. Dust covers are placed over vehicles in covered bays and removed for periodic wipe-downs. Bird droppings or sap that land on an exposed panel are cleaned promptly to avoid paint etching. For bikes, chains are checked for rust and sprayed with a protective lubricant if needed. This care means the vehicle you collect after weeks or months of storage will start, drive and look as it did on day one.

The storage compound is enclosed by a boundary wall topped with anti-climb measures. Entry and exit are through a single controlled gate staffed during operating hours and locked outside them. CCTV cameras record continuously across all storage zones with footage retained for review. Vehicle keys are tagged, logged and stored in a secured key cabinet rather than left inside vehicles, so no stored car or bike can be started or moved without authorised instruction.

Access to your vehicle during storage is available on request with advance notice. You can visit for a personal inspection, collect documents from the cabin, or arrange for a service provider to attend the vehicle at the facility. Every visit is logged with date, time and purpose. If you need the vehicle released to a third party — a family member, driver or transport crew — we verify identity against details you provide before handing over.
