Our car transportation service runs on purpose-built single and multi-level enclosed carriers rather than open flatbeds. A fully enclosed deck keeps your car away from road grit, highway debris, tree sap, bird droppings, heavy monsoon rain and the fine dust that coats every vehicle travelling the Delhi–Mumbai and Delhi–Bangalore corridors. For a new showroom delivery, a repainted classic or a car you simply care about, that enclosure is the single biggest difference between arriving clean and arriving in need of detailing.

Each carrier is fitted with hydraulic loading ramps, adjustable wheel cradles and soft nylon-strap tie-downs. Cars are secured at the wheels and suspension mounting points, never by hooks passed over painted panels or plastic bumpers. Between decks we maintain enough clearance that no vehicle rests against another, and low-clearance cars are always assigned to the lower deck where the ramp angle is shallowest.

We collect from your home, office, apartment basement or dealership anywhere in Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and the wider NCR, and deliver to the address you nominate at the other end. Where a residential lane is too narrow for a full-size carrier or a society restricts commercial vehicle entry, our crew drives the car a short, agreed distance to a safe loading point nearby and documents the movement — you are told about this at the quoting stage, not on the day.

Regular lanes out of Gurgaon include Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kochi, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar and Guwahati, along with hill destinations such as Dehradun, Shimla and Srinagar. Because these routes run regularly rather than on demand, we can usually offer a realistic departure window instead of holding your car until a trailer happens to fill up.

Before a wheel touches the ramp we complete a written condition report with you present. Existing stone chips, kerbed alloys, scratches, dents, windscreen marks, interior wear, fuel level and odometer reading are all recorded, and we photograph every panel, both bumpers, the roof, all four wheels and the interior. You receive a copy of that report immediately.

At delivery the same report is walked through panel by panel before you sign. This matters for two reasons: it removes any argument about pre-existing marks, and it means a genuine transit issue is identified and acknowledged on the spot rather than weeks later. Keys, documents, tool kit, spare wheel and any accessories are handed over and ticked off against the same sheet.

Every consignment is assigned one coordinator who stays with your booking from pickup to handover. You are not passed between departments or asked to re-explain your booking each time you call. That coordinator shares the carrier and driver details once loading is confirmed, sends progress updates as the vehicle clears major waypoints, and gives you a delivery window as the carrier approaches your destination city.

Long-distance road transport in India is affected by weather, festival traffic, highway repair, checkpoint queues and occasional local restrictions. When something shifts the timeline we tell you as soon as we know, with a revised estimate. We would rather give you an honest update than an optimistic date we cannot hold.

Keep roughly a quarter tank of fuel — enough for loading, unloading and the drive home, but not a full tank, which adds weight and is unnecessary. Remove toll tags you want to keep control of, parking cards, cash, sunglasses, documents and anything valuable from the cabin and boot. Personal belongings are not covered by transit insurance and are best moved separately.

Fold in the mirrors, retract or remove the aerial, disable any aftermarket alarm that could drain the battery, and tell us in advance about a non-start condition, a modified ride height, a body kit, wide aftermarket wheels or a soft-top. None of these are problems, but they change how we load the vehicle and which deck it belongs on — and knowing beforehand means the right equipment arrives with the carrier.
